Lucky Draw Details:

1)    Lucky draw submission starts from 21 August to 29 October 2023. No extension of lucky draw submission will be entertained.
2)    Lucky draw will be conducted in EuropAce office on 10 November 2023. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone call.
3)    For every $150 purchase of EuropAce and/or Otimmo products in single or combined receipts on the same day, consumer is entitled to 1 lucky draw chance.
4)    Lucky draw documents to be submitted at:
   •   Proof of purchase (Invoice or Receipt)
   •   Submission via EuropAce website
5)    EuropAce reserves the right to reject any lucky draw submission if the above documents are not submitted or the attachments submitted are not clear.

Terms and Conditions:

1)    Promotion is valid from 21 August to 29 October 2023, with the purchase of models at all EuropAce authorized retailers.
2)    Promotion is only valid for customers who purchase EuropAce and Otimmo products during the promotion period from EuropAce authorized retailers, and is subject to stock availability.
3)    Promotion is applicable to end-consumers only; It does not apply to display set, trade, corporate or bulk purchase.

For the avoidance of doubt, a “bulk purchase” shall mean 3 or more purchases of the same product model in a single invoice.
4)    Free gift(s) are not exchangeable for cash or in-kind, and STRICTLY while stocks last.
5)    EuropAce reserves the right to replace any gift with an item of a similar or other value.
6)    Products purchased under promotion are not eligible for exchange and/or refund, save in accordance with warranty terms.
7)    EuropAce reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice and without assigning any reason.
