Redemption process and T&C for Tier 1 and Tier 2
- For customers entitled under Tier 1 and Tier 2, redemption will be facilitated through walk-in.
- Promotion mechanic is valid till 31 Jan 2026 and delivery must be made before 28 Feb 2026 to qualify for the gift redemption.
- Promo period: 1 Oct 2025– 31 Jan 2026.
- Redemption of gifts starts from 1st Oct 2025. Walk-in gift redemptions with original proof of sales receipts / delivery order is compulsory.
- Walk in gift redemption will be at Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd, 10 Changi South Street 3, #06-01 Singapore 486147
- Monday to Friday, 10am – 5pm avoid lunch hour 12pm – 2pm, exclude PH and weekends. Last day of redemption ends 13 March 2026.
- Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd reserves the rights to amend any T&C without prior notice.

Please scan this QR code upon complete delivery of your purchase, fill up your particulars and upload the sales invoice with delivery order in order to claim your free gifts!

- Fill up the google form with your particulars and upload a soft copy of your sales invoice and delivery order upon successful delivery of goods.
- The admin team from EuropAce will administer the redemptions and arrange delivery of the free gifts upon successful registration.
- Please note that delivery of free gifts will take about 2-4 weeks from the date of registration.
- Last day of redemption upon complete delivery by 13 March 2026.
