- All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the EuropAce e-Store Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms & Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
- Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and availabililty of items. All prices listed on this website are in Singapore dollars and all charges will be processed in Singapore dollars.
- Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any delay in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery, Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd will notify its customers within 5 business days.
- Once payment has be received and processed, goods will be shipped with 2 - 5 business days.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return/ exchange it for goods that are of the same or higher value as long as it fulfills the following conditions:
- Item is returned within 7 working days upon receipt.
- Item is in original condition, unused, in original packaging.
- Excluding System Air Conditioners, Portable Air Conditioners & Major Appliances*
*On site inspection by our service technicians would have to be carried out to affirm that the appliance is faulty, before return or exchanges can
be accepted for System Air Conditioners, Portable Air Conditioners & Major Appliances.
- Delivery within Singapore only.
- For purchases below S$100, a delivery fee applies.
- For purchases above S$100, there would be free delivery service.
- Delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been delivered.
- If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is at home to receive the goods.
- Delivery schedule for east addresses (10am-1pm), for west addresses (2pm-5pm) daily, except sundays and public holidays.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, additional delivery charges may apply for subsequent trip.
- Purchase order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
- Delivery time may vary depending on your location, please allow 3 - 7 business day for delivery.
- Order would be cancelled and refunded if the stocks are not available. We would notify customers in advance before processing the refund.
Errors on Our Site
Prices and availability of Goods are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and Strategic Marketing reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after a Purchase Order has been submitted and whether or not the Purchase Order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your Purchase Order is cancelled, Strategic Marketing will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
