EuropAce Gift Redemption Guide

This page provides step-by-step guides on how you can redeem your gifts after purchasing your new EuropAce product (s) that is eligible for Gift-with-Purchase Promotion.

Step 1. Please fill up the Redemption Form.

Step 2. Ensure that details of Date of Purchase, Retailer and Proof of Purchase (for example invoice or order confirmation slip) has been filled up. For Proof of Purchase, please ensure the photo is clear, with the following fields visible- Retailer’s Name, Date/Time, Invoice No. and Purchased Items.

Step 3. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully and accept to proceed.

Step 3. Double check that the details of your submission, and click on 'Redeem Now'.

Step 4. Upon successful submission, customers eligible for redemption will receive a redemption letter upon successfully submitting the redemption form. They can then proceed to redeem the gifts at the stated redemption venue. Please note that the redemption letter must be presented during redemption for verification.
