Terms and Conditions
- Promotional period is valid from 1 June - 31 July 2025.
- This promotion is valid for every purchase of mentioned eligible selected product.
- Customers are entitled to receive one (1) stated free gift with each purchase of the eligible mentioned model.
- Free gifts are strictly non-exchangeable for cash or other items and non-refundable.
- Promotion is eligible at all leading electrical chain stores (Audio House, Best Denki, Courts, Gain City, Harvey Norman, Mega Discount and Authorized Dealers) and EuropAce official online platforms.
- Purchases in one single receipt, no split receipt is allowed.
- Promotion does not apply to display set, trade, corporate or bulk purchases. For the avoidance of doubt, a “bulk purchase” shall mean 3 or more purchases of the same product model.
- For purchases made through authorized retail stores (including their respective online platforms), customers must first fill up the redemption form and refer to our Gift Redemption Guide page for more information. The free gift must be redeemed in person at EuropAce HQ Office, 10 Changi South Street 3, #06-01 Singapore 486147. Requests for delivery of gifts will not be entertained.
- Redemption Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am - 5pm. Avoid lunch hours between 12pm to 2pm.
- Please present the original purchase receipt during redemption.
- Redemption period is strictly valid until 29 August 2025, 5pm only.
- For online purchases made via EuropAce official e-commerce platforms (e.g., Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.), the free gift will be delivered together with the eligible products.
- This promotion is not valid with any other promotions, deals or packages unless stated otherwise.
- Redemption of free gift is on first come first serve and while stocks last basis.
- In the event of any product return, refund, or cancellation of the dehumidifier purchase, the free gift must also be returned in its original, unopened condition.
- Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd reserves the rights to reject gift redemption or warranty coverage for defects caused by improper installation or mishandling of products.
- Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd reserves the rights to amend any T&C without prior notice.
- Strategic Marketing (S) Pte Ltd will not be liable for any lost, damaged or stolen of free gifts.
